雨傘革命進入第50日，今天發生了浸大生畢業禮撐黃色雨傘，校長拒頒證書的事件。
浸會大學昨為免有畢業生在畢業禮上撐傘而設立安檢，扣押學生準備帶上台的雨傘，但仍有兩人成功暗攜縮骨遮上台。其中一人按校長陳新滋指示即時收遮，但因為拒棄掉雨傘，陳新滋竟惱羞成怒，拒向他頒證書、拒與他握手、拒跟他合照，並趕其下台。這位獲得同學掌聲支持的浸大生，憤慨「一間大學竟然容納唔到一把雨遮！」
